Cherry Tomato Salad


Cherry or baby plum tomatoes (baby plum tend to be the better option outside of the summer months)

Fresh basil leaves

Balsamic di Modena

Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Basil




  1. Chop the tomatoes into halves or quarters and put them in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the basil leaves and add them.
  3. Add as much oil and vinegar as you like. You will probably want more oil than vinegar. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. Stir and salt to taste.
