Sticky Chilli Noodles

I used a whole bottle of Sticky Chilli Marinade and it served 3-4 people.

 

Ingredients:

King prawns (or protein of your choice)

Veg of your choice ( I used cucumber, Bamboo shoots, Red pepper, Water chestnuts)

Udon Noodles (or Medium Egg Noodle or buccatini)

Sticky Chilli Marinade

Ground Nut Oil

 

Instructions:

 

1) Simply chop up your veg and put it, along with your protein, in a bowl. Stir in the marinade, saving some marinade for later. Leave in the fridge for a few hours if you have time, but I only had about 20 minutes.

 

2) Cook your noodles according to the instructions on the packet. I wanted to use Udon noodles, but I didn’t have any, so I used dried Bucatini pasta instead.

 

3) Heat the oil in a wok. Add the veg and protein. Stir fry for a few minutes until cooked.

 

4) Turn off the hob. Add the noodles and remaining  marinade to the wok and stir through until it’s all hot.

 

Serve and enjoy.
