Tricolore Salad

The basil oil upgrades this classic dish.


Ingredients:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Basil

Mozarella (sliced)

Avocado (sliced)

Large tomato (sliced)

Fresh basil to garnish

Method:

1. Arrange the tomatoes, mozarella and avocados in a circle in an alternating pattern, starting at the outer edge of the plate and moving inwards. 
2. Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Basil. 
3. Garnish with basil leaves.
