Jacques fell in love with Karen, a Colombian
who brings ‘fun and fiesta’ to their family. On a trip to Columbia, Jacques was introduced to some of the best South American food and began recreating it in his kitchen as a personal passion project. The business is based in Deal, England.
At first, family and friends were the guinea pigs for new recipes, and overtime the sauces were perfected. The Chimichurri has won a three star Great Taste Award, which is the highest ranking!
