East Coast Chilli Company is a small, family run business consisting of owners Tim and Leanne, with enthusiastic support from their young daughter Willow.
They are based in Ipswich. All of their sauces are made and bottled at home in their kitchen by Tim. Leanne then date stamps and labels the bottles ready to sell at shows, online or through retail outlets, like The Condiment Cupboard.
Mel met Tim at a food show and was blown away not only by the sauces’ heat, but by the range of flavours. These hot sauces are for chilli lovers who value taste, not just heat levels. No wonder Tim’s sauces have won multiple Great Taste Awards! Add in the all-natural ingredients and non-plastic packaging and Mel knew she had to stock them!
Most of our ECCC sauces are posted to us, but if we happen to be at the same food show as Tim, we collect our order from his stall directly (but we save them to sell later).
Currently we stock six full size ECCC sauces ranging from ‘Medium’ to ‘Extra Hot,’ but bear in mind these are all hot sauces so really they go from ‘hot’ to ‘super hot.’ We also sell a mini selection gift set.
