Dominique Woolf is an English chef who honours her Thai heritage with her cooking. She founded Woolf’s Kitchen in 2020 in London after trying her Thai auntie’s tamarind sauce and being so wowed that she immediately knew she wanted to recreate it. 

Five out of Woolf’s Kitchen’s seven products have won Great Taste Awards. We found the brand when we were looking for a ‘crunchy chilli oil’ as requested by our customers. Woolf’s Chilli Crunch has won a Great Taste Award and the brand uses only natural ingredients and avoids plastic, so it was a no-brainer!
