In Mexico they call tequila the elixir of gods. Pour this into a cold glass of ice cubes, add the sweet and fruity flavour of mango pulp vinegar and you won’t believe your taste buds!
Ingredients:
50 ml blanco tequila
20 ml Mango Pulp Vinegar
5 ml agave syrup
thin slice of fresh jalapeño pepper
slice of mango
Ice cubes
Method:
Blend all ingredients except for the pepper and mango in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Take a glass and fill it with ice cubes. Fine-strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with a wedge of mango and jalapeño pepper.
