Ingredients:
- 1 packet of parma ham
- 1 burrata
- Croustade cups, or Blinis
- Fresh basil leaves
- BlackBerry & Thyme Balsamic Pearls
Method
- Add some oil to a frying pan on a medium heat, and fry the parma ham slices until crispy.
- Add a teaspoon of burrata to each croustade, followed by some crispy parma ham, a basil leaf and a few Pearls.
