As someone who has never tried overnight oats before and doesn’t like porridge, I was surprised by how tasty this was! It’s an easy and filling breakfast/snack.
There’s a lot you can do with overnight oats! Try adding yoghurt, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, frozen berries, honey or dried fruit.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
50g rolled oats
150ml milk (any kind but coconut recommended)
2 tsp chia seeds
1tsp desiccated coconut (optional)
30ml Mango Pulp Vinegar
Granola
Method:
1. Put the chia seeds into the jar.
2. Mix the milk and oats in a bowl, plus the coconut if you’re using it.
3. Spoon the milk and oats on top of the chia seeds.
4. Top with the Mango Pulp Vinegar.
5. Add a little granola on top.
6. Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.
7. The next day, stir in the vinegar thoroughly and enjoy!
