A premium quality extra virgin olive oil sourced from the Pons family olive groves in rural Lleida, Cataluña; made from 100% Arbequiña olives which are pleasingly fruity and buttery with a rich, mild flavour. The freshly cold-extracted olive oil is then flavoured with pure, natural Lemon oil.

• Use with marinades, sauces, salads and much more besides.
• Try it drizzled over salmon steaks with some sprigs of fresh dill and then baked in foil.
• Add a few splashes to vegetables in the steamer, to allow the steam to infuse the citrus flavour.
