Mango Pulp Vinegar

New recipe (November 2024)! We now mix this ourselves and we think it tastes just like the old version, except it’s now a lot lower in calories! 

Try with ice cream, yoghurt or in a smoothie. Combine with a neutral or chilli oil as a dressing for smoked chicken or salmon. Add to Prosecco for a refreshing summer drink.

Ingredients: white wine vinegar, (white wine vinegar, water), mango pulp, mango flavoured syrup (sugar, water, thickening agent E414, natural mango flavouring, natural mango essence (natural flavouring, monopropylene glycol)
