Made famous by the chicken shacks of the Algarve in Portugal, sweet citrus and fiery chillies come together with savoury classics onion and garlic. This piri piri seasoning uses authentic flavours to complement your Portuguese cooking.

Ingredients: paprika, garlic, red pepper, chilli, onion, oregano, lemon peel, salt, bay leaf (all organic) 

Processing

These spice blends are handmade in small batches for added freshness in Bristol.  Minimal salt & sugar are used where possible and additives, fillers or anti-caking agents are never used. These spice blends are also organic certified & are sourced from our partner farmers. 

Usage
