Roasted Pepper & Smoked Paprika Dressing

Sweet and slightly smokey flavoured this bright rich red dressing will stand out on shelf. Familiar Spanish flavours of roasted peppers and pimenton blended with a little sherry vinegar and olive oil will attract anybody to drizzle this dressing over a tossed salad with a few olives and crispy fried chorizo.
