Whilst researching the Truffle market we found most products have 1% or less of actual Truffle and some astronomical prices.  
 

We have ripped up the rule book and packed this dust with 4% of Black Truffle, which is equivilent to 10 grams of fresh truffle before drying. Combined with French Porcini mushrooms we’ve created a mind-blowing umami blend for the ultimate mayo and more.  
 

Perfect not just for mayo, it will also elevate any mushroom risotto.
