Pomegranate Molasses - A syrup made from 100% pomegranate juice. Add this to sparkling wine, gin and tonic or a fruity cocktail. See our Recipe page for the Pomegranate Shirley recipe. Also delicious on salads, cake, ice cream and in Moroccan lamb dishes.
Mango Pulp Vinegar - Add this to sparkling wine, or to plain yoghurt and rum for a Dirty Lassi Cocktail! See our Recipe page for the Mango Loco recipe. Also delicious on salads, salmon, chicken and cheesecake.
Blood Orange Balsamic Vinegar - A syrupy citrus vinegar. Add it to a gin and tonic or drizzle over ice cream. Also delicious in salads and on duck.
Zingy Rosemary Jelly - See the recipe for Zingy Rosemary Gin & Tonic on our Recipe page. This jelly is sweet with a zip of lemon. It’s delicious with goats cheese, roast lamb, potatoes and chicken.
