Balsamic Vinegar di Modena, combined with rich, sweet date syrup and the smoky aroma and flavour of bacon. No wonder this flavoured balsamic dressing is an absolute favourite in the kitchen. A classic combination of flavours to suit any tapas platter.

• Use as a dressing for lamb’s lettuce with feta cheese.
• Use it as a cheese dipper.
• Combine with one of our flavoured olive oils to make a delicious dressing for green leafy salads.
• Delicious with carpaccio or other appetizers.
• Try it drizzled over tapas classics like bacon-wrapped dates.
Ingredients: date syrup, balsamic vinegar di Modena (cooked and concentrated grape must, wine vinegar (sulphites)), bacon syrup (sugar, water, thickening agent E414, natural bacon flavouring). For allergy advice see ingredients in bold.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Shake well before use.
