A premium quality extra virgin olive oil sourced from the Pons family olive groves in rural Lleida, Cataluña; made from 100% Arbequiña olives which are pleasingly fruity and buttery with a rich, mild flavour. The freshly cold-extracted olive oil is then flavoured with pure, natural Basil flavouring.

NOTE: The oils are frozen solid in the photographs, so may look different (more translucent) when you receive them. Olive oil has a high melting point, so often freezes on our stall in winter. It doesn’t affect the oil quality; you just need to leave it to thaw in a warm room. Do not store olive oil in the fridge.
