Rich Redcurrant Jelly

Sweet, tangy and ruby-red, this is a jewel of a jelly. A classic accompaniment for roast lamb, it’s also great with gammon and rich, gamey meats.

Grown on low bushes in open fields, these redcurrants are terrifically tart in flavour and are usually picked in sunny July.

We can’t be without it!

Raw Cane Sugar, Redcurrants, Water, Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin. Prepared with 80g Fruit per 100g, 66g Sugar per 100g.
