Made with British wild garlic, hand-picked in beautiful local woodland, this splendid sauce has a careful balance of delicate wild garlic, honey and mustard. The perfect partner for pork tenderloin, hot smoked trout or stir into a potato salad. Or eat it out of the jar like Sally does! 

Ingredients

Mustard (Water, Mustard Seed, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Turmeric), Sunflower Oil, Wild Garlic (18%), Honey, Raw Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt.

Refrigerate after opening.
